Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within two weeks of purchase of product. Customer shall be responsible for shipping and will not be reimbursed for any fees associated with shipping or handling of product. Full purchase price excluding shipping shall be refunded to the customer so as long as the product has not been damaged or altered in any way.

All items sold "as is"

• I do my best to honestly and accurately describe the items. 
• Remember, you are dealing with natural gems/stones and or handmade items. 
• In most cases, not everything is "perfect".
